SI St. Augustine held its 2008 – 2009 Annual General Meeting on Sunday May 24th 2009 at the home of Club member Dr. Martha Frederick-Franklin. The Sisters were delighted to have their National Association President Agnes Webbe and Secretary Curla Bruce observe the afternoon’s proceedings. The Club continues its outstanding work at the Women’s Prison Arouca, where members give of their time and services to the female inmates.

Mrs. Webbe addressed the gathering, indicating how impressed she was at the level of professionalism within the Club and the manner in which meetings were conducted. She offered words of advice to the Members on the importance of acquiring Information; thus gaining the necessary Knowledge and having the Wisdom to act on both of these in making our decisions in life.
