On November 25th 2007, SI St. Augustine welcomed three new members to its fold. The small club, with its complement of 17 members has now within one year, exceeded the Federation Membership mandate of a ten percent increase. The Club now has on board:
Psychologist Keisha Bowla-Hines, who is from Jamaica recently relocated to Trinidad. Keisha has already found her niche within the Club, effectively lending her knowledge and experience to the women of the Arouca Prison, in the Club’s Project Courage.
Reverend Elizabeth Felix transferred from SI Grenada, and also has relocated to Trinidad. Reverend Felix, brings to the Club, a deepening of the Spiritual focus to both our meetings and projects.
Isabella Francis-Granderson, a Dietician by profession, extends her skills and abilities to the Club’s operations, offering a focus on, among other things, the importance of a healthy lifestyle to women.
